As the founder and managing member of Mortgage Outfitters LLC, Wendy Seabolt brings years of comprehensive experience in the mortgage industry. Wendy’s passion for helping clients navigate the often complex world of home financing stems from her hands-on experience as a mortgage loan originator and production manager.
As the driving force behind Mortgage Outfitters, LLC, Wendy is dedicated to providing personalized mortgage solutions and a seamless borrowing experience for clients in Georgia. She leverages her extensive industry knowledge, strong lender relationships, and commitment to transparency to help her clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals.
A lifelong learner, Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science from Augusta State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2004. She is a Georgia State Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #1986564) and continues to engage in ongoing education to stay ahead of industry trends and compliance standards.
Outside of the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Blairsville, Georgia.
